Orientable Columner Abstract Sculpture
COL-OCO

Mathematical Sculpture by Brent Collins

Each of these unique columner forms has an even number of half twists in the surface so that the sides (and edges) of the surface are not connected to one another. In mathematics these surfaces are said to be orientable since it is always possible to unambiguously define one side to be "top" and the other as the "bottom".
