This vessel is another look at a collaboration of attitudes, feelings and relationships. In this case the relationship is between two different elements that are literally worlds apart and yet they form a harmonious balance of colors and textures. The natural edge rim is the bark of a very old Oak Burl found in a barn in North Carolina. The body of this vessel is Pink Ivory, grown only in Mozambique. The 18K and 14K gold form the transitions between the different elements. This vessel is 8.25" tall and 5.75" in diameter.
